DEFENSE ELECTRONICS PROTECTION

Environmental Sealing for Extreme Naval & Tactical Deployments

Shipboard radar housings, tactical combat control consoles, and towed sonar cabinets endure salt-spray corrosion, explosive shock, and severe electromagnetic pulse (EMP) environments.

12' × 35' Robotic Welding Cell

Our large-envelope dual-station FANUC robotic weld cell executes deep-penetration, spatter-free pulsed MIG welds on heavy structural skids and massive aluminum radar pedestals up to 35 feet in length.

EMI / RFI Gasket Flange Machining

CNC milled knife-edge and dovetail gasket channels hold conductive elastomer seals to guarantee continuous 80dB+ shielding attenuation across high-frequency radar spectrums.

Pressure & Environmental Verification

All sealed housings undergo pressure decay leak testing and dye penetrant non-destructive examination (NDE) with full quality engineering sign-offs before powder coating.
