Detailed answers regarding our Plainville facility capabilities, material certifications, testing protocols, and defense contract compliance.
Our TRUMPF laser is linked to the STOPA vertical ASRS via the TRUMPF LiftMaster automated material loader. Raw certified sheets of aluminum or stainless are vacuum-lifted directly from the automated storage cassette onto the laser shuttle table without forklift handling or surface scratching.
We utilize TRUMPF TruTops CAD/CAM nesting software to automatically nest complex geometric aerospace parts, optimizing material utilization up to 88% and drastically reducing raw material scrap costs for our OEM clients.
